Riverview Church has joined Back2Back Ministries in their mission to serve abandoned children and share with them the love of Jesus."Care for Today, Hope for Tomorrow" is the mission of Back2Back Ministries in Monterrey, Mexico. The role of Back2Back is to come alongside orphanages and provide physical and spiritual support to kids in need of help. Back2Back ministers to several orphanages and three depressed areas around Monterrey. They have over a dozen full time staff committed to bringing education, food, shelter, clothing, and the Gospel to those in need.
At Riverview, we are on our way to building a long-term relationship with this ministry and with the children. We hope that many from Riverview will decide to give their lives to these people by going on trips, by supporting kids that want to continue their education beyond eighth grade, by serving as interns during the summer, by spending a year there in the mission field, or even by becoming a full-time missionary someday in order to bring physical and spiritual care to those who need it most.
